Fox 8: More than 10,000 pedestrians walk through the intersection of Adelbert Road and Euclid Avenue daily, making it one of the busiest in Northeast Ohio. Patrol officer Mark Chavis keeps mindful watch over and traffic moving through the intersection, all while handing out plenty of high fives and handshakes. “If I’ve got a position in life that I can actually put smiles on somebody’s face and start their day off positive, that makes their day a great day,” he said.
