The Office of Undergraduate Admission will welcome several hundred prospective and admitted students and their families to campus each Thursday and Friday for several weeks beginning Thursday, March 31.
Spring admitted student programs and open houses will take place on the following dates: March 31, April 1, April 7, April 8, April 14, April 15, April 21 and April 22.
Each Thursday, the university will host admitted students and their families as they make their final college decision, leading up to the May 2 deposit deadline. On Fridays, those guests will be joined by high school sophomores and juniors and their families. Unlike previous years, students will not be staying in the university residence halls with student hosts or eating in the dining halls.
Registrants for this program and other on-campus programs are required to attest to being fully vaccinated and have been made aware of campus COVID-19 protocols, including masking.
The university community should expect higher-than-normal traffic on roads and campus walkways, as well as in parking facilities and in local eateries. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to plan accordingly and to welcome these campus visitors with smiles and friendly hospitality.
