The Office of International Student Services (ISS), located in Tomlinson Hall, room 143, is open all year, Monday through Friday, except for university holidays.
ISS staff members are available in-person and by phone to students only during walk-in hours.
Walk-in hours are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
If students need to make an appointment, they can call the office at 216.368.2517, stop by in person, or email international@case.edu.
