Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity offers remote diversity training sessions

Over the summer months, the Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity (OIDEO) will offer remote sessions of Diversity 360, the campuswide diversity education program, and Interrupting Unconscious Bias, a program for individuals planning to serve on faculty search committees. The Interrupting Bias session is also open to hiring managers and staff members scheduled to serve on search committees. 

The sessions will be offered on the following dates.

Diversity 360

  • Thursday, June 18, from 9 a.m. to noon
  • Wednesday, July 8, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Interrupting Unconscious Bias

  • Friday, June 12, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (full session)
  • Friday, June 19, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. (refresher session)
