Medscape: Shanina Knighton, adjunct assistant professor at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, discussed identifying and mitigating hand eczema during the pandemic. “Having a dermatologist available during the staff onboarding process and throughout their employment is necessary because issues like hand eczema can hinder not only individuals at work but also their quality of life when they’re outside the work setting,” she said.
