Nursing’s Beverly Capper discussed how CWRU prepares nursing students

Where have all the nurses gone? And how do hospitals get them back?

cleveland.com: Beverly Capper, assistant professor and the director of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, said CWRU takes extra steps to make sure graduates are ready to practice nursing by offering opportunities to work during the summer and gain needed skills, and requiring clinical rotations shadowing nurses weekly during a full shift their senior year.
