On Thursday, Nov. 14, the campus community is invited to join a discourse on “The Ethics of Relationships” on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence.
The event aims to critically examine the virtues employed in our interactions with those deemed “significant.” Looking at examples from the media, patterns prevalent within “hookup” culture and conceptualizations of love in a digital age, this discussion aims to shed light on a seemingly cloudy moral climate. In addition to faculty and students, a speaker from the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center will join the conversation.
The talk is sponsored by the Global Ethical Leaders Society, the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women and the LGBT Center. Dinner will be provided.
