Specific groups of non-research staff members must complete and submit the CWRU Outside Interest Disclosure Form. The Compliance Office will kick off this annual collection process in early June. The target deadline for submitting the disclosures is July 31.
Staff members who are required to submit a form will receive email notifications. In past years, the disclosures were made through Qualtrics. This year, the disclosures will be made in SPARTA.
