The Office of General Counsel will email an Outside Interest Disclosure Form to all non-research staff who are required to disclose. Those who receive the email must complete and return within 30 days, following the university’s Outside Interest Policy. To facilitate participation, the Office of General Counsel has created a user-friendly outside interest-reporting system via Qualtrics.
Reminder: CWRU staff will never ask for your password or social security number. Each invitation will contain a unique link specific to you, so do not forward it to others.
