Alan L. Willard, deputy director of the Division of Extramural Research at the National Institutes of Health and National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, will lead a grant writing and reviewing workshop and a discussion March 29.
From 10 a.m. to noon, Willard will lead the workshop “Writing and Reviewing Grants: Negotiating the NIH Grant System.” Then, from 1 to 2 p.m., he’ll discuss “Job Opportunities in Health Research Administration at the NINDS.”
All events will be held in the Wolstein Research Building Auditorium (1413).
The events are hosted by Richard Zigmond, professor of neurosciences, and sponsored by CWRU Neurosciences, CWRU Office of Graduate Education, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland State University College of Sciences and Health Professions, Kent State University School of Biomedical Sciences and Northeast Ohio Medical University.
