The next session of Women Faculty Connect will feature the topic “Mentoring and Being Mentored” on Wednesday, April 22, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women in Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 248.
The informal discussion address the mentoring experience from both sides with questions, such as:
- What should you look for in a mentor?
- What types of challenges have you faced in a mentoring experience?
- What suggestions do you have for being a successful mentor?
