Students are invited to join the Women in Science and Engineering Roundtable (WISER) for its monthly general body meeting with special guests Bill Novak, assistant director of cooperative education, and Jack Behrend, editor-in-chief of Discussions, the undergraduate research journal of Case Western Reserve University.
Novak will talk all about co-op opportunities and how they can help in the pursuit of a STEMM career after college. Behrend will discuss research paper submission and how publication in this nationally recognized journal can help students in the long run.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Thwing Center, Room 201.
