Next Viewpoint Forum to feature a dialogue on immigration

The Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity will host its next Viewpoint Forum Friday, April 8, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Thwing Center, Room 201.

Viewpoint Forum is a campuswide dialogue to explore and discuss divergent viewpoints on topics of concern. The April 8 event will feature a discussion titled “The Debate Over Immigration: Who Gets to Live the American Dream?”

The following three panelists will participate in the forum:

  • Shikha Dalmia, senior analyst at Reason Foundation, a nonprofit think tank advancing “free minds and free markets;”
  • David Leopold, founder of David Wolfe Leopold & Associates Co, LPA in Cleveland, a national immigration practice that focuses on matters related to U.S. immigration, visa and citizenship law; and
  • Scott Bratton, a partner at Margaret Wong and Associates LLC, a national and international immigration and nationality law firm.
