The Organizational Development and Learning Unit of the Department of Human Resources will continue its brown bag lunch series on implicit bias on Tuesday, March 17, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Crawford Hall, Room 209. Diana Bilimoria, the KeyBank Professor and chair of the Department of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, will facilitate the session, on the topic of gender-science bias.

The series on implicit bias comprises 15 individual sessions, based on the Implicit Association Test. Participants will be invited to take the assessment on each of topic prior to the related subject matter presentation. Individuals are not required to take every workshop.
The series began in January and will continue through May on the second, third and fourth Tuesday of the month.
Participants are invited to bring a lunch to the sessions.
