The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center will host its next seminar series event Friday, March 10, 2023 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Iris S. and Bert L. Wolstein Research Building auditorium. This Seminar is presented by the Cancer Genomics and Epigenomics Program. Lunch provided, no registration necessary.
The event will feature Ming Hu, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Medicine, School of Medicine at CWRU. Dr. Hu will present “Computational methods to identify chromatin loops from single cell Hi-C data and multiplexed DNA FISH data.”
