New Telephone Services Order Form available now

The process of ordering and receiving telephone services at Case Western Reserve University is key to business operations. Following a campus listening tour, Information Technology Services (ITS) released a new version of the Telephone Services Order (TSO) Form. The revised form better reflects current business processes and integrates directly with the ticket system used by the ITS Service Desk.

The new form makes it easier to:

  • Request or change telephone services, such as equipment, lines and spare parts
  • Check the status of telephone service requests
  • Bulk upload multiple telephone service requests

Telephone service requests will be tracked using the new system. To make a new request or to track a recent request, visit case.edu/its/services/office-phones-voip/service-request/ and enter your CWRU Network ID and password if prompted. Update your web browser’s favorites or bookmarks with this new link as needed.

The new TSO Form also is accessible from help.case.edu; just select “Phones and Cell Phones” followed by “Office Phones (VOIP), and then choose “Order Form.” Only users that require technical assistance from the ITS Service Desk should choose”Submit Request.”

An updated training page with helpful resources for using the new TSO Form is available. Visit case.edu/its/kba/its-kba-84556-types-of-desk-phones/ to watch a demonstration of the new TSO Form, as well as to review service options and rates.
