Staff and faculty who have been supervising staff for less than one year are invited to participate in the New Supervisor Orientation delivered remotely via Zoom and taking place Oct. 28–29, from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
Attending orientation will help attendees get familiar with key HR policies, understand team dynamics, provide tools to improve interpersonal skills, and learn about the year-long supervisor on-boarding program to help them further develop as a supervisor.
