New salad robot offered at School of Law’s Res Judicafé

Sally, the salad robot, is now available for members of the campus community to use in the Res Judicafé at the School of Law.

Sally allows individuals to make their own customized salad at the touch of a button during all regular service hours (and soon, during all hours that the building is open).

Bon Appétit Management Co. chefs keep it stocked with fresh farm-to-fork ingredients to ensure a quality meal every time.

Food machinery supplier Chowbotics makes fresh food accessible with Sally, an all-in-one fresh food service robot that offers customizable meals and snacks.

Through innovative technology, it offers thousands of options to build your own bowl from any combination of its 22 ingredients. Individuals also can choose from one of the chef-crafted, pre-programmed bowls.

Users can fine tune their calorie total by adding or subtracting ingredients and view full nutritional details for each selection.

Chowbotics was recently selected as one of “The World’s Most Innovative Companies” in robotics by Fast Company.
