New report available on student leadership at CWRU

The Office of Planning and Institutional Research has released 13 new reports about the first-year experience at Case Western Reserve University.

One report looks specifically at leadership perceptions and experiences. Results indicate that, compared to the average person their age, 62 percent rated themselves above average or higher in leadership ability, while 31 percent rated themselves as average. More than half of students had effectively led a group to a common purpose (58 percent) and 22 percent had participated in leadership training since entering CWRU. Twenty-six percent had served as a leader of an organization.
