Auxiliary Services is offering a new mobile ordering app for Case Western Reserve University dining locations. The new app, called Transact Mobile Ordering, is available for download on all phone versions and operating systems. The Transact Mobile app will replace Grubhub and allow students to use their meal plans and CaseCash at dining locations across campus starting Aug. 18.
Visit the Dining Services website to get download and installation instructions, and find out how to link the app to your CaseOneCard.
The new app will feature better order-ready timeframes and easier access to nutritional information, and will allow the locations to notify customers about their order statuses via text.
