Case Western Reserve community members have been able to create Zoom video conference meetings directly from a Google Calendar event by simply selecting “Zoom Meeting” from the “Add conference” dropdown menu. Zoom has added new features to this integration.
CWRU’s email web page (webmail.case.edu) now includes a Zoom button under the default Calendar, Keep, and Tasks buttons. Clicking the Zoom button, after authorizing and signing into the add-on for the first time, will bring up a pane with options to start a Zoom meeting on your schedule for that day or open your personal meeting room for others to join.
