“New England Journal of Medicine” editor to visit campus for lecture on journal’s 200-year history

The Case Western Reserve University chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society will host its annual spring lecture next week, featuring Jeffrey M. Drazen, MD, editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine.

During his talk, titled “Reporting Medical News Over 200 Years,” Drazen will celebrate the journal’s 200th anniversary of publishing medical and research breakthroughs that affect the entire community.

The lecture will be held May 9 from 4 to 5 p.m. in the School of Medicine Robbins Building, Room E-301.

Student members of Alpha Omega Alpha organized the free, public event.
