All employees enrolled in either the Anthem Blue Access PPO Plan or the Anthem High Deductible Health Plan will receive new ID cards for 2020. In addition, all covered family members will receive ID cards in their name.
Effective Jan. 1, the university’s group number with Anthem changed. The new cards have the new group number. In addition, your member ID begins with a new 3-letter prefix. Make sure that all your providers have this new information on file to avoid any problems with coverage.
