Are you hosting events on campus where students will be invited and alcohol will be served?
Case Western Reserve University now offers a new form to report serving alcohol at special events.
When alcohol is being served with students in attendance, all faculty, staff and student groups must complete the Alcohol Use Report. Following completion of the form, a brief meeting to develop a risk management plan is required. A list of staff on campus for these meetings is available within the form itself.
