Neurology’s Bashar Katirji and Robert Ruff co-edit comprehensive neuromuscular textbook

Bashar Katirji and Robert L. Ruff, professors of neurology at the School of Medicine, co-edited the second edition of a comprehensive neuromuscular textbook with Henry Kaminski, a CWRU alumnus and former faculty member.

The text, titled Neuromuscular Disorders in Clinical Practice, is a large, two-volume text with contributions from an internationally recognized group of clinicians and scientists specializing in neuromuscular disorders providing 80 chapters covering all aspect of the field of neuromuscular medicine.

The book was recently published in paper and electronic formats.

Katirji is also the director of Neuromuscular Center and EMG laboratory at The Neurological Institute at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, and Ruff is also the director of Neurology at Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.
