Faculty members who plan to apply for a National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER Award are invited to participate in a Grant Writing Group meeting from January to June.
A kickoff meeting for the group will be held Friday, Jan. 25, from 12:45 to 2 p.m. in Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room. Lunch will be provided. RSVP for the kickoff on CampusGroups.
The writing program will provide support and feedback on grant proposals and will include access to a range of resources, such as visits from campus experts on assessment and other components of grant proposals.
The CAREER proposal series will conclude with a mock panel a month before the deadline for submission.
Meeting times for the semester will be shared at the kickoff event.
The Office of Faculty Development will offer the program in coordination with the Writing Resource Center.
