Interested in learning mind control (over your mind, that is) and how to really relax?
Come to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) on Campus general body meeting on Monday, March 27, from 6-8 p.m. in the Thwing Center, Cleveland Room to get all the sweet tips on mindfulness and how to meditate.
The NAMI weekly confidential support group will start at 7 p.m. after the General Body meeting. All are welcome to stay.
