Muslim Student Association to examine perspectives of female Muslims in “Hijabi Monologues”

HM10-copyThe Case Western Reserve Muslim Student Association will host an Islam Awareness dinner on Saturday, April 5, at 7 p.m. in Carlton Commons.

During the dinner, performers will present the Hijabi Monologues, a Muslim rendition of the popular Vagina Monologues. The monologues are a group of skits and poetry readings portraying life from the perspective of Muslim women. The skits will range in humor and seriousness, offering a unique perspective on numerous societal issues.

Tickets are $5 for undergraduate students and $8 for all others.
