MOVE Forward

Feeling stuck? Having a hard time coping with change? Feeling lost or directionless? Learn how to MOVE from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, while realizing your personal values and creating life goals. Move toward a life that really matters to you.

University Health & Counseling Services invite students to participate in MOVE Forward, a three-session virtual workshop. Sessions will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, Sept. 8; Thursday, Sept. 10; and Tuesday, Sept. 15.

Participants must register in advance and commit to attending three virtual workshops. Zoom information will be sent after registration.
