Feeling stuck? Having a hard time coping with change? Feeling lost or directionless? University Health and Counseling Services will help students learn how to move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, while realizing their personal values and creating life goals. The MOVE Forward program, held July 17, 24 and 31 from 12:20 to 2 p.m., will help individuals move toward a life that really matters to them.
Participants must commit to attending three virtual workshops and register in advance; Zoom information will be sent after registration.
The program is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University podiatry undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.
The program also will be offered Aug. 17, 19 and 21.
