Model UN team wins three awards at conference at Harvard University

The Case Western Reserve University Model United Nations team recently competed at the Harvard National Model United Nations Conference, which is the largest Model UN conference in the world. Each year, the conference gathers 3,000 delegates from more than 70 countries to discuss critical global challenges.

Eliza Farley, Tara Tran and Andrew Latham won verbal commendations, while Tasha Jhangiani received an honorable mention award.

The team has now pulled in seven awards this academic year, which is the largest number of awards the team has won in more than four years. They have one more major conference to attend this year, hosted by the University of Chicago in April.
