Mind-Body Café series continues Friday with session on boosting self-esteem

The Mind-Body Café series continues with the workshop “Boosting Self-Esteem.”

The Mind-Body Café is a series of workshops designed to foster student health and wellness. “Boosting Self-Esteem,” the most recent installment of the series, will take place Friday, Oct. 26, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Sears 350. No registration is required.

The Mind-Body Café series will present five more programs throughout the semester:

  • Nov. 2: Mindfulness in Everyday Life
  • Nov. 9: Healthy Relationships & Social Media
  • Nov. 16: Talking to Parents about Grades & Plans for Next Semester
  • Nov. 30: Love Your Body; Love Yourself
  • Dec. 7: Peace, Love & Happiness
