The oSTEM@CWRU (Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) organization will offer a mentorship program during the 2024–25 school year. The group will match LGBTQ+ professionals, graduate students and experienced undergraduate in STEM with undergraduate mentees.
This program will establish connections, promote professional development and create a support network within the LGBTQ+ STEM community at CWRU and beyond.
