Mentor undergraduate student researchers

The Undergraduate Research Society is seeking graduate students with collegiate-level research experience who are willing to mentor aspiring student researchers.

For many students, finding research is an intimidating process, and once they’ve found an opportunity, they often struggle to engage fully and contribute meaningfully. A mentor’s valuable experiences can help students find research that’s right for them and maximize their research experience.

Mentors will receive community service hours and could receive a recommendation from the Undergraduate Research Office for their outstanding contribution.

Mentors must commit to one hour for office hours biweekly and occasionally assist with development workshops.
