The Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute will host the ninth annual meeting of the Midwest Association of Core Directors, the regional chapter of the Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities.
The three-day conference is geared toward anyone doing biomedical, bioengineer or biological research and will be held Oct. 24-26 at the Tinkham Veale University Center.
Members of the Case Western Reserve research community are invited and encouraged to attend the conference, featuring keynotes, problem-solving sessions, satellite workshops and core facility tours at CWRU and Cleveland Clinic’s Lerner Research Institute.
During the event, there also will be introductory- and “State of the Science”-level breakout meetings on genomics, mass spectrometry, imaging, administration, drug discovery, entrepreneurship and RNA sciences.
The School of Medicine Office of Research Administration will cover 50 percent of the $160 registration fee for CWRU School of Medicine faculty, staff, students and postdoctoral scholars. Email Matt DeVries at mpd35@case.edu to get your discount code.
