Medicine’s Shari Bolen discusses blood pressure control on podcast

Shari Bolen, the Alfred F. Connors Sr. Health Services and Population Health Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, discussed timely follow-up as a key driver of blood pressure control on Cardi-OH Radio’s podcast, “Timely Follow-up for Hypertension Management in Team-Based Care.”

In the podcast, Bolen described best practice for timely follow-up in team-based care of patients with elevated cardiovascular risk and reviewed strategies to overcome common barriers to implementation.
