Medicine’s Ian Neeland talks about managing diabetes amid semaglutide injection shortage

Ian Neeland, associate professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, recently gave insights on navigating the semaglutide injection shortage. 

In a video on the American Journal of Managed Care website, Neeland discussed how diabetes can be managed with oral semaglutide when injections may be hard to track down. 

He explained how that method is preferable over switching drug types.
