Internal medicine specialist Ellen Gelles (MED ’94), associate professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, was named the recipient of the 2021 Internist of the Year Award of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Physicians.
The award recognizes Gelles as an outstanding physician, teacher and role model for fellow physicians.
Gelles will receive recognition at the annual Ohio Chapter Meeting at the Awards Reception Thursday, Oct. 28, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
