Columbus Dispatch: The National Institutes of Health announced last month that it will discontinue the National Children’s Study, which tracked how environmental factors influence health and development. Dorr Dearborn, the Mary Ann Swetland Professor of Environmental Health Sciences and principal investigator for Case Western Reserve’s portion of the study, discussed the decision.
