UH to have pivotal role in study of Parkinson’s disease in Black and African Americans

cleveland.comCamilla Kilbane, associate professor at the School of Medicine, discussed the launch of a study that will investigate Parkinson’s disease in the Black and African American community. “We look forward to continuing to contribute to a more holistic, global understanding of Parkinson’s disease by increasing representation in our study populations and learning more about gene changes that may cause the disease,” she said.
