Blue-tinted DNA helixes

Medicine, society and culture webinar

Have you ever considered how culture and society impact medicine and bioethics? If so, consider registering for an information session with the Department of Bioethics Wednesday, April 14, from noon to 1 p.m. ET. Attendees will learn about the Medicine, Society and Culture Concentration in the Master of Arts in Bioethics and Medical Humanities program.

At this event, Professors Eileen Anderson-Fye and Jonathan Sadowsky will share insights into the concentration, as well as the personalized advising we provide, our graduates’ outcomes and the application process.

Other topics covered will include:

  • Observing in clinical ethics rotations at surrounding top hospitals;
  • Collaborating with nationally and internationally known faculty on research grants, practicum projects and capstone papers; and
  • Competitive research, teaching and program assistantships that offset a portion of tuition.

Students come from a variety of educational backgrounds and members of the community are invited to find out how they’ll fit into the program.

Send questions to bioethics@case.edu.
