Pain is top concern in Ohio and the nation

The Plain Dealer: A recent report by the Institute of Medicine noted the urgent need to develop better pain-management strategies in the U.S., as chronic pain affects more than 116 million people and costs up to $650 billion annually in direct medical treatment and lost productivity. Faculty members from the School of Medicine and Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine weighed in.
