Staff members at the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women recently penned two pieces that have been published. Using evaluation data from its programs, Mather Center produces resources for practitioners and policy makers to advance gender equity at the university and across higher education.
The Mather Center also recently released two such research briefs. This January, Jody A. Kunk-Czaplicki, the Flora Stone Mather Post Doctoral Scholar, penned a brief on trauma-informed approaches to supporting students affected by gender-based violence.
In addition, this past November several Mather Center staff members, lead by Assistant Director Hannah Regan, published a piece on the Women Staff Leadership Development program and the impacts it has had in its 15-year history at CWRU.
