“Marketing Your Scholarship and Yourself”

The sixth session of “Increasing your Scholarly Impact,” a university libraries workshop series, will take place Thursday, Dec. 7, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Kelvin Smith Library, Room 215.

Workshop details

Getting the word out about scholarship focus is critical in building a research community presence and in strengthening your tenure bid. This session will address various methods for maximizing scholarly footprint and creating an online research identity with academic and research peer networks. It will cover the use of author IDs, registries, research discussion and sharing hubs such as ResearchGate and FigShare.
