The annual Benefits Fair will be held Wednesday, Nov. 9, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 10, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom.
Each November during the Open Enrollment period, the university sponsors the Benefits Fair, which gives employees the opportunity to speak with Benelect insurance carrier representatives, receive a free flu vaccination and get a hearing screening.
Computers will be available so employees can make their 2017 Benelect elections, and the benefits staff will be on hand to answer questions.
Those who attend also will have an opportunity to enter a charity basket raffle sponsored by the Staff Advisory Council.
As a reminder, enrollment kits will be sent out in advance of Open Enrollment to assist employees in making their benefit selections. Be sure to update your campus mailing address in HCM to assure delivery of your kit.
