The New York Times:Mark Joseph, associate professor in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, talked about the restriction of certain amenities to rent-regulated tenants. “There’s a slippery slope here,” said Joseph. “What if the next amenity to be created and kept exclusive is a snack bar, or a reading room, or a business and technology center?”
