Young inmate’s murder points to state prison system failures
Atlanta Journal-Constitution: Mark Fleisher, a research professor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, said that a large number of prison gangs doesn’t necessarily breed violence, but gang affiliations and the violence that can arise from them deserve careful consideration when shifting inmates from one facility to another.
