Duncan Mayer, a PhD student at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, recently had an article published in Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly. In this article, titled “Understanding Location and Density: A Spatial Analysis of Cuyahoga County Ohio’s Nonprofit Sector,” Mayer used geostatistical data to better understand nonprofits’ contributions to their respective neighborhoods.
