Adrianne Fletcher, assistant professor and assistant dean for diversity and inclusion at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, was appointed to serve as the first director of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at the Supreme Court of Ohio.
As the director of DEI, Fletcher will assist the Court in improving its representation of diversity in Ohio and develop accessible opportunities for those with disabilities. She will also oversee DEI educational programs for Court staff.
Fletcher will take a leave of absence from the Mandel School to join the Court on May 1.
