Students are invited to information sessions about the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences’ winter break study abroad programs.
The sessions will cover the Global Health and Social Development in India and Health, Human and Social Development in Rural and Urban Ecuador programs.
Attendees will hear from faculty and students about these three-credit study abroad courses offered over winter break.
The Global Health and Social Development in India information session will be held today (Aug. 28) at 1 p.m. in Mandel School, Room 236.
The Health, Human & Social Development in Rural and Urban Ecuador information session will be Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 1 p.m. in Mandel School, Room 236.
One professional development hour will be offered for each session.
About Mandel School study abroad opportunities
For more than 12 years, the Mandel School has taken more than 1,000 participants to 20 countries across four continents.
These study abroad courses are open to all undergraduate and graduate students at Case Western Reserve University. Passionate and experienced faculty members who have been traveling to these countries for nearly a decade lead the courses.
The course program fee and travel costs may be covered by financial aid.
